Exchange Policy

At ADVENT, we take pride in offering premium luxury streetwear and want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be returned for exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags are not eligible for exchange.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

2. Exchange Process

  • To initiate an exchange, contact customerservice@adventfh.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
  • Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except if the item received was incorrect or defective.
  • Upon receipt, items are inspected by our Quality Control team. Items that do not meet exchange criteria will be returned and cannot be exchanged. Approved items will be shipped within 5–7 business days.

3. Exchanging for a Different Size or Style

  • To exchange for a different size or style, indicate your desired size or item in your request.
  • Availability may vary, and we will confirm stock before finalizing the exchange.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, our Customer Service team will provide alternatives or the option for a refund.

4. International Exchanges

  • For exchanges outside your region, additional shipping fees and longer transit times may apply.
  • Customs duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
