During sales, drops, or high-volume periods, processing may take 3–4 business days.
During promotional periods, order processing and delivery timelines may be slightly extended due to increased demand.

Delivery Timelines
Lagos: 2–4 business days
Outside Lagos: 4–6 business days
International Orders: 6–12 business days

In-Store Pickup
Orders are available for pickup 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Pickup hours: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Sunday to Friday. Saturday: Store closed
Stockpile Policy
To ensure efficient inventory management, ADVENT operates a regulated in-store pickup policy:
• Orders not collected within 14 days of pickup notification will incur a ₦500 daily storage fee.
• All accumulated storage fees must be settled before the order can be released.
• We strongly encourage prompt pickup to avoid additional charges.
Orders & Payments
Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Which courier services do you use? We work with trusted local and international courier partners to ensure secure and timely delivery.
Can I return my item? Yes. Return requests must be initiated by emailing customerservice@adventfh.com. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
Pre-Order Items
Items marked “PRE-ORDER” will begin processing on the date stated in the product description.
Pre-order shipping timelines typically range between 4–8 weeks.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once all items are ready.
Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.
ADVENT has no control over these charges, and all duties are the responsibility of the customer.
