Returns & Eligibility
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. Items must be returned in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email confirming receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
1. Please recheck your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary.
3. Contact your bank for further processing details.

Sale & Discounted Items
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at customerservice@adventfh.com.

Return Shipping
To return your item, please send it to: ADVENT, 12D General Ogomudia Rd, Admiralty Wy, Lekki Phase 1, Lekki 105102, Lagos.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. ADVENT is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued once the return is approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.
